I have reliance jiofy (Wi-fi hotspot) device number +91 [protected] which i have recharged with rupees.399.00 on[protected]:01:23 a. M. To get an ongoing special diwali offer. This recharge was made through reliance jio mobile application called myjio application. Payment method was bhim upi application which was one of payment method available on there (Myjio app. Mobile application) payment gateway.
After my money debit from my bank account when i check for my balance on myjio application, i see recharge not update in their system. I check again my bank statement and payment transition status to sure payment was successful or not. I see payment was successful and amount deducted from my bank account. I wait for some time but my recharge status not update then i started live chatting with reliance customer agent from myjio application. I request them and told this issue but he said me they do not have any information about my transition and refer me an email account for more help.
I started emailing will all evidence and request them to give back my debited amount or recharged my jiofy but after long conversation they refuse to accept my request and ask me to recharge again.
I have attached transition details and email conversation as a proof.
