whenever there is a power cut in my area the network of all jio customers in my area goes empty.And when the power comes back then it be normal .Since 1 years i am facing this issue in my area only. We have complained about this many times still they give the same excuse, they have so much money still they can't afford a generator, i couldn't even give my final exam bcz of this issue. I failed bcz of that, they don't even listen to this, i am thinking of changing my sim card
