[Resolved]  Reliance Jio Infocomm — No Network Coverage in heart of city

Hi Team,

I am not getting Jio network for almost 5 days, which is causing too many issues, Unable to connect with anyone through calls or messages. Also, not able to receive OPT for online transactions as this is my primary and official contact number. unfortunately, I have taken 1-year Jio plan worth 2999/- Which is why unable to port to another service provider because i will lose this amount, I stay in a complete residential locality of Bangalore and never faced such issue on my location (My home) but it's been 5 days i am facing this issue. in spite of contacting customer care of Jio there is no resolution of the issue. Please help it's really frustrating for us. If they cannot rectify the issue i would expect the refund of my one-year recharge.
