This is to bring to your notice; we have procured one “jio phone on[protected], in Monsoon Hungama offer” As per the official criteria exchange the old phone at your third party retailer M/S. Prince book store(contact person name:Mr.Sanju), Peddagantyada, Visakhapatnam-44 (A.P). We have also paid by cash Rs.1100/-(Eleven hundred rupees to the retailer for your product procurement. At that time of purchase, we have ported from Airtel (MNP) to Jio our existing mobile number: [protected]. After one week we have received confirmation of successfully ported.
Our number has not been recharged deposit payment of amount Rs.594/- (Monsoon Hungama offer) till today.
We have continuously follow up to the retailer and your customer care team (Ref no: Service request: 00000QYPKO[protected] daily twice. We have reached to our local JIO office at Gajuwaka also for this issue, but they are hope less to resolve the issue. Today one of your Jio executive named by Mr.[protected]@[protected] (connection with retailer) was done recharge of Rs.99/-. And he is saying like we are in Monsoon Hungama offer, up to six months, in every month will be recharged that Rs.99/- automatically. At that same time we have received the message in our mobile like: “Dear Customer, benefits of JioPhone Moonsoon Hungama offer cannot be extended on your Jio no: [protected] as the number is not activated under mentioned offer”. I think It's looking like your Jio executive named by Mr.[protected]@[protected] (connection with retailer) was big cheated to us.
I am very much feeling very bad & shocking about these type of behavior from Jio service.
