Hi, this is sanjeeb here. I have been using my postpaid jio no [protected] since 1 year and never defaulted any billing cycle but from 13 august 2020 they have been barred my outgoing calls for -42paisa as unpaid amount shows for that i paid 155 rupees on 13th august 2020. How ridiculous. I have been making calls to their customer care service they are saying it will take 4 hours to resume my services but it's been 24 hours there is no response.
