[Resolved] Reliance Jio Infocomm — Pre redeemed barcode issue | |||||
Dear sir/madam, I am anurag mishra from lucknow, uttar pradesh. I bought a 4g handset and generated a bar code for reliance jio sim. When i went to reliance digital xpress i was told that your bar code is already redeemed. I am one hundred percent sure that my bar code was very confidential and i didn't give my phone to any other person so there is no chance o[censored]sing it by some other person related to me. I am already confused and worried. I don't have any other option to have jio sim. Kindly consider my issue and take necessary action related to it.
