Reliance Jio Infocomm — recharge benefits not received cash too

I was recharged on dated 29th as per double data and cash back offer as attached in image but i only received 1.5gb data instead of cash back and 3gb data per day. Have a look into the attachment and resolve on priority.. They was send me the redeem voucher at the same day n time of recharge and didn't mention anywhere that redeem voucher after or new pack start date.
