Dear Sir / Madam I wanted to port in my VI number [protected] to Jio network and paid the Rs 99 (ORN number - NO0000W3SB9S (FILE ATTACHED) but the way Jio executives behaved during the process i got a feeling that if in future i will face any problem Jio care will not be able to address my problem so I changed my mind and canceled my MNP request and requested Reliance Jio Infocomm to refund my Rs 99 to the original payment method but even after many requests they are not refunding my money.
