Reliance Jio Infocomm — refusal to refund or adjust wrongly paid recharge amount

I have mobile No [protected] used on LYF phone under Jio Prime plan. On expiry of last plan I recharged with 101 Rs Plan valid up to 29 Jan 2020. Since I found the Data provided was insufficient I paid rs 153 for another plan on their website offering more data for 24 days. At the time of recharge mobile nmo is to be entered and Reliance Jio knows very well that it is being used on LYF phone. It proceeded to recharge my phone and accepted the payment and acknowledged the successful recharge by message. This was confirmed by 1991 that said the plan is queued and will be effective on 29 jan 2020 after expiry of current plan. I raised a mail with their customer care at [protected]@Jio who now say that this is only for JIo Phone users and I have to insert SIM in JIO Phone. Ie Now i buy a JIO Phone to use 153 Rs. So i requested a refund or conversion into another plan but the POOR COMPANY is in need of my 153 Rs to SURVIVE that it refused. No wonder JIo rakes in so much money by only fooling or looting people.

I understand that you have recharged with Jio Phone plan on your smart phone.
I see that you have recharge your number with Rs.153 plan which is exclusive for Jio Phone only.
In your busy schedule, it might have escaped your attention to read the terms and conditions of the plan.
I would like to inform you that Rs.153, Rs.99, Rs.49 or Jio Phone Long Term Plans Rs.594 or Rs.297 or Jio Phone all in one plans of Rs.185, Rs.155, Rs.125, Rs.75 are exclusive for Jio Phone only.
I regret to inform you that as of now we do not have any provision to refund or transfer the recharge amount credited to the account.
