Hi,
Please check from your end as i had purchased jio fi ([protected]) with 6 month free 1 gb daily plan. But i am facing signal problem.
Not able to use proper internet surfing and not able to download as speed is less than 10 kb. Kindly check or intall a tower as not satisfied with the services you are providing as per your commitments...

Updated by sushant61985 Your customer services representative told me to buy another jiofi with the payment of amount -2350 with more offers for good signal ..i had taken this one from kangra ...branch ...so need to confirm is there any difference between 2000 jiofi and 2350 jio fi ...
need to install a tower for signal so we can use jiofi as high 4g speed...
not specified with your customer services agent ...

I had complaint before and now sending you the snapshot speed is very less for downloading .as per my plan speed should be at least 186 kb ...not satisfied with the services as per your commitment...
kindly install the tower near by place or increase the signal because this looks a waste of my money ...
please reply as not received any mail from your side ...
