I have raised relocation request for JIO Fiber 3 times called and escalated 4 times but inspire of this no action has been taken. The problem is they have a box in the ground floor of my apartments which already has 8 connections. So no additional connections can be added. It’s an internal problem they have to just upgrade the device to support another 8 and give the connection or take it from the adjacent box. For this they need their superior approval so they turn down the request station the request is put on hold due to my request. Which is very incorrect.
Even after raising 4 complaints to customer care no resolution reached till 07/ May. My first request was on 25/April.
They cannot take a decision to just add another device and delay the customer putting the blame on him.
