Reliance Jio — Jiofi device waste

Recently bought jiofi device for Rs 2899.internet is not working so far ..
Unable to reach jio care Even You wait for long hours.

Service ticket was closed without resolving it..

I don't except such worst experience with such brand company ..

My advise don't buy or fall into such trap device ..

Reliance lost the reputation earned so far .. Very worst ..
