Reliance Jio — Misuse of free calls n messages

A person using Jio sim has been using the sim for all wrong purposes such as prank calls n constantly troubling one of my friends with calls and invalid messages.
It's a great move what reliance has initiated towards digital India.
But it should have been to restricted users such as farmers n people who really require it.
Giving a complaint to the police is not yet a solution because of the late response n Jio being a new inclusion.
So why not give our own treatment
Am sharing the number who has been pranking.
Let's all o[censored]s who want to teach such people a lesson give him a prank call n message

jab v hum log sim lene jate hai tab kaha jata form nahi ya sim nahi hai
hum private job wale log humlog ke pass itna waqt nahi.
kabhi kaha jata blanck sim hai to form nahi hai.plz resolve it

I had purchased a Jio 4g device on JULY. i had given complaint many times, but nobody taking further actions, Still out going calls are not going properly, This is the worst experience in my life after buying this device.

I am not expected from a brand company, My advice don't fall into such trap devices.
