Reliance Jio — my carry forward recharge vouchers not available in account

My carry forward Balance 18 Nos. (Each Voucher 50 Rs.) Recharge Voucher not available in my Jio Prepared account. Mentioned recharge voucher validity is lifetime. (Company clearly mentioned it is not transferable with anyone, but I can use it when recharge at any time. I continue use voucher since 2017. But yesterday I go to recharge no voucher is available)
Kindly Consider my request, and take appropriate action against company
