Reliance Jio — Problem in Activation of jio sim

Good day, my name is apoorv, i bought Reliance jio sim on 29-Aug-2016 and i was promised it to be in active condition within 48hours. I spoke to customer care they said again 24 hrs it will take for activation and still its not activated. I am calling customer care number but no-one is coming in contact. My registered complaint number for jio sim in customer service is SR0000018CIM and my jio number is [protected]
Kindly resolve my problem and activate my sim as soon as possible.
