Reliance Jio — Reliance jio sim activation problem

I purchased two jiofi devices from a nearby retailer on 27/09/16. They did gave me jio sims but didn't activate them through ekyc, so i got the sims activated from reliance jio centre. Still no confirmation message has landed in the alternative number([protected]) that i had provided.Kindly activate my sims, i tried calling customer care but they never answer the call.
