Reliance Jio — Wrong connection Provided

Dear sir/Ma'am,
My existing jio No is [protected]. To take new sim I visited to Reliance digital Barasat kol 700124( Sun city Mall). I told them to provide me postpaid connection.But after activation I came to know that is prepaid.Please provide me the postpaid plan with Rs.149 Rental.I lodged a complain immediately but no reply from 13th September.The request No is
