Reliance Petroleum — No Toilet facility available in Reliance petrol pump

I have visited Reliance petrol pump Kalpetta branch. in Wayanad Kerala on 9th around 10pm.. This pump located near to Royal Enfield showroom in Kalpetta town.. The pump manager refuses me and my family to use their toilet facility.. Reason was no water available there.. It's very disappointed experience from such a premium petrol pump.. Reliance have a look in to this and solve the issue.. I had refuel my car for 3000 rs and unable to use the toilet from a reliance petrol pump.. While in between a long journey.. Very sad
