Updated by rakesh wadhawan1963 Now there is also leakage & spillage of water from fridge’s rear side on floor & freezing of ice on suction pipe. On complaint with LG (RNP[protected] &[protected], LG rep reported on 11 & 15 Feb 17 & took photos of repaired pipe and suction pipe and spillage of water. Since the fridge has gone off road within a 2 months of purchase due to rusted pipe and repaired on adhoc basis, request defective fridge be replaced. LG rep informed on 16 Feb that replacement not approved and only repairs will be done. Since the defects occurred within two months implies that more defects will escalate in the yrs to come, it is the moral duty of the renowned company like LG to replace the defective product which is just 2 months old and not adhere to repairs. Hence, the case for replacement of the fridge be considered at the earliest.
