Reliance Resq — reliance resq i never seen like this pathetic service.- no response on aquaguard purifier repair issue for past 1 month

I took 3 yrs extended warranty for aquaguard water purifier. My purifier is not working for last 30 days and i made a request for repair on 3rd june 2018, with resq extended warranty dept and they promised me service technician will come for repairs within 24 to 48 hrs but till date (31 days) no one came to repair the purifier. I had called 20 more times to follow and no response. Please do not waste your money on reliance extended warranty and do not. I never seen like this pathetic service.
