Reliance Resq — Sony 55-Inch TV Service Request Pending for 5 Days Under Warranty

I am disappointed with the delay in providing service. Since the product is under warranty, I request you to arrange a technician visit at the earliest and resolve the issue without any further delay.

Please treat this matter as urgent and provide me with an update regarding the service visit and expected resolution time.
