I have purchases one shirt and trouser from your retails at Patna dt. 18th April-14. After one use i have found shirt is small tear. Now your Patna shop is not ready to exchange .

You are very precious brand but your staff behavior is very precarious.

My humble request to you please look into the matter and change my shirt.
