I have purchased a side bag for my wife from Reliance Trends, Bardhaman, WB in November 2013. She started using in mid- January 2014. Just after a week's use, she found that the outer cover was peeling and torn out. To my surprise, I don't expect defective products from a brand named Reliance. It is really shocking for me. I had not preserved my bill expecting something like this. Many a times I informed at the Customer Care Service Counter and even submitted a written complain.I waited long for your reply.
