[Resolved]  Reliance Trends — double amount debited from debit card

We had purchased apparels worth Rs.1696.80 from reliance trends on 16.07.2014. we had swiped my debit card for the amount. I had recd a message from bank for the amount debited. but the transaction slip was not recd. So Sachin the cashier at vivana malla outlet said to swipe the card again. But then again i recd the SMS from bank of amount debitted intimation. so the amount was debited twice. After several calles and follows on 16.08 they said to collect the amount from the store. also they were not ready to cooperate. they wee rude. Junaid manager. Sachin Cashier
