Reliance Trends — Double payment not refunded

I purchased cloths in Reliance Trends, Yemmiganur, Kurnool Dt., A.P. on[protected]Bill No.TRTJ[protected] I was made the payment through HDFC Debit card EMI option on[protected] but your sells executive told me that the payment was not credited into your account and not generated bill also, so again I was done the payment through ICICI credit card on the same day with bill No.TRTJ[protected]. The HDFC Debit card amount which I was first made the payment credited into Reliance Retail Ltd. on 28.09.2023 vide enclosed HDFC statement. I raised so many complaints in this regard. Hence, I request your goodself to refund the double payment amount to my account.
