Reliance Trends — Incorrect size given on Trousers

I have purchased trousers from Reliance Trends, Belgaum-02 on[protected] vide CIN No. U01100MH1999PLC120563 Bill Amount Rs. 3249.00, but the sizes printed on the trousers (34) are different when measured (36) actually. When contacted your shop they told these cannot be exchanged or refunded. But the the fault is made by your company Reliance Trends.
