Hai, I had purchased one DNMX jeans from Reliance Trends-Kollam-Kmall and since its length is more i raised for reducing the length.They told me that they don't have such options and when i said i am a regular customer and i got it done during similar cases earlier the customer executive came up with the floor manager, he told me that their machine is faulty and demand Rs30 more so that he will make it done from outside. Since its billed(Plu[protected] i took it, but in future i wont get cheated and not make any of my friends to feel it.
