Reliance Trends — payment not received for returned material | |
I had returned online purchased cloths on 30th may and at that that i was informed payment will be credited within one week in my online account on their portal. First of all payment should have been credited to my bank account and second is why they need 7 days. Still i waited for 7 days and then contacted over phone and by email for which i got response that now payment will be credit ed with in 10 days i. E. Latest by 10th june. I did not received payment till 11th june so tried to contact over phone more than once but i was always on hold for 30 minutes and no representative was coming online. I also send an email but still no response. This is unbelivable and unexpected business practice from such a reputed company. Looks like i have made biggest mistake of buying online from relinace trends because had never faced such problems from others like amazon etc. I am also not sure whether i will get payment or not.
