Recently I had purchased two shirts as gift from Trends Trillium Mall, Nagpur. When I realized bigger size was required, I went to Dharampeth showroom to exchange as Trillium Mall was far away from my place. I just needed one size bigger but there was nothing available in the same price and brand so I picked up other shirts with similar price range. While doing transaction I was told to go to Trillium Mall because my mobile number mentioned on the bill was wrong ( which was mistake by cashier). I requested to complete the transaction as other store was too far away and I didn’t have time. I was even agreed to keep my Adhar card till technical issue sort out, but in vain!
Head cashier told me that I had only two options:
- Either pick up shirts with exact price tag
- or go to other store.
While browsing entire store I was neigher getting right price tag nor the size together.
Just because of employee’s typing mistake I landed into such situation where no one tried to resolve the issue. I felt like as if I was in typical buerocratic govt bank where you get tangled in the ‘system’ where never get a solution.
(Finally I ended up buying shirt which nobody will use. )
What a frustrating shopping experience it was! 😞
I request Trends management to have system and employees that works for customers, not against them.
I pray that no customer should go through such ordeal.
