Reliance Trends — Refund dual transaction

I have purchased a clothes from reliance trends on 12/01/2024 the cost of clothes :- 2298/-

1st I made UPI transaction from my payment but they said we didn't recieved it's time out but i got debited my amount
Again they asked me to do payment I made the person in cash counter said 1st payment will get refund in 7 working day's but i about to 2 Months more still I didn't received I'm in touch with manager every time he was saying you will get refund you get refund but still not i didn't received. Hyderabad Nacharam store it has been done
