[Resolved]  Reliance Trends — Reliance Trends | Money debited from account but not received at the store

I shopped in your Trends (Reliance Mall) store in Erode on 10th September 2022, for Rs.4494. I paid via ICICI debit card, the money was debited from my account but not received in the store. I didn't get any refund yet please help me.

I shopped in your Trends store in Perundurai, Erode on 5th May 2023, for Rs.1108. I paid Gpay, the money was debited from my account but not received in the store. I didn't get any refund yet please help me.
