Reliance Trends — ResQ PLan done, technicians did not arrive

Hi Reliance, With the Ambani's included in this Great Company, when Reliance Trends launched in Bardhaman, West Bengal. I was very excited and purchased a front load washing machine. The team gave me a ResQ Plan crap. And I trusted the brand and paid money to buy that crap plan. When I called for the checking of my existing LG AC. Noone turned up. I called them, they mis-behaved, told me that I was supposed to follow up. However, they said tech will come today, the 19th Apr-2014. But noone turned up today as well, with tech's cell phone switched off. DO YOU RELIANCE PEOPLE OPEN UP BUSINESS PLANS TO FOOL US?
