Reliance Trends — Staff behavior issues

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Biplob Deb Barman, I purchased from your trends shopping mall on 13/04/2023 whose address is (117/BB SEN ROAD KHAGRA, BERHAMPORE, MURSHIDABAD, WEST BENGAL -742101) Bill no: S#5823.when I shop your staff tells me that if you shop for 6000/- you will get 2000/- discount offer then I bought above Rs 6000/-and got Rs.2000/- discount and asked at your counter what can I do if I want to exchange these items then your staff assured me that yes you can exchange within a month.
After there or four days I went to your trends shopping mall to exchange an item and they told me that we have a new trends mall open, go to that store there are lots of item and exchange form there I want your new store for exchange as they said, The address of the new trends shopping mall is (TRENDS: Rabindranath Tagore Rd, Berhampore, Murshidabad, West Bengal -742101:[protected]and the staff at your new store says we can not do the exchange today it's too crowded come another day.
I visited your new store again after three-four days and then they said we have a server problem and we can not exchange even today. and went the next day and they said the same problem and was turned away that day too.
Again Today 11/05/2023 visited your new (TRENDS: Rabindranath Tagore Rd, Berhampore, Murshidabad, West Bengal -742101:[protected] mall and said why you are not doing this and why you are harassing us day after day then two staff (Mr. Samir Mandal and Subrata--- The name were displayed in batches above their pockets)your new store are using misbehaviour with us and when I told him to Mr.Samir Mandal why I can not exchange and why returning day after day Mr Samir Mandal said that you go to the Showroom where you bought it, they will give it, we can not give it then I told him that if you could have told us this first then we would not have come to visit your mall we would have gone to the place where we bought.Then he said who said no I can not say that I am telling you its final I can not change it and treated us very rudely and badly. If he talks to customers like this then we will be afraid to go to the showroom.

I told you all this through mail and also informed that the last date of my exchange is tomorrow 12/05/2023.

Request you to please guide what should I do next.
