I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your Reliance Trends store in Dharwad, Karnataka (Store Location: C2W7+3CM, Vidyagiri, Dharwad, Karnataka 580004) and to bring to your attention an issue that remains unresolved despite my multiple attempts.

Incident Details:
On January 5th, 2024, I made a purchase, and unfortunately, I encountered a serious problem with the staff's behavior and payment processing.

Misbehavior Incident:
During my visit, the staff insisted on a second payment, despite my initial payment confirmation and assurance from my bank that the payment had been successfully credited to the beneficiary account. This insistence was accompanied by inappropriate and unprofessional behavior from the staff.

Unresolved Payment Issue:
Even after complying with their request and making a second payment, the issue persists. To my dismay, the amount has not been refunded as promised. Every attempt to inquire about the status of the refund has been met with further misbehavior and a lack o[censored]pdates.

I find this experience extremely disappointing and uncharacteristic of the service standards I have come to expect from Reliance Trends.

Evidence of Transactions:
For your reference, I have attached relevant documents, including payment confirmations and SMS notifications.

I made a purchase on January 5th, 2024, at Reliance Trends for the amount of Rs. 2156/- using UPI ID[protected]. I successfully completed the payment transaction. The amount was debited from my account, and I received an SMS confirming that the amount had been credited to the beneficiary account (Reliance Trends). However, despite this confirmation, your staff claims that they have not received the payment. They insisted that I make a repayment, assuring me that the initially debited amount would be credited back to my account within 24 hours. Consequently, I made a second payment with the help of my friend, using UPI ID[protected].

I promptly checked with my bank, and they confirmed that the payment had indeed been credited to the beneficiary account.

As of today, January 10th, there have been no updates regarding the issue. Whenever I inquire about the status by calling them, they consistently respond that there are no updates available.

I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves. I believe in the reputation of Reliance Trends and hope that this issue will be swiftly addressed to maintain customer trust.
