Reliance Trends — use of rude language by Security guard with a woman

i am a regular customer of Reliance and even my whole family is, who buys most of the products as well as clothing material from there 'but we were quite disheartened when a security guard came to the first floor while me n my wife were there and being educated persons we knew only 15 mins were left to close the store as we heard the announcement a minute back but he talked to us in a very rude manner even with my wife also as he is approaching to each and individual customer to convey them in a very rude mannner to get hurry as store is going to close and which meant that we should leave the store that very moment .It was not only insulting but annoying .sorry to say but Reliace Trends is a family store and its my request families should feel safe and secure rather than get insulted, This incident has created a poor image of reliance trends in our mind. you will loose your customer base if such type of security guards will be working there.i want u to take a strict action against him so that this should not happen with any other customer.
