Dear Concern,
I am highly disappointed with your services and the behaviour of your staff. On 23rd August 2014 I made a purchase at Reliance Trends store, Mantri mall, Bangalore. Due to Certain with Size I went to replace the same at Austin Town Store as my Office is nearby and it was not possible for me to visit Mantri mall just to exchange the garment.
- At first your staff refused to exchange the product as it was discounted Merchandise.
- Then when I explained him the policies written behind the invoice then he agreed to return but on a precondition that I need to make the purchase at Same store with the credit Note.I was given the credit Note in the form of a Reliance one Card For Rs. 690
- As I was travelling for next 3 months due to work and never tried to use the credit note given the condition by your staff at any other outlet outside Bangalore.In December last week I happened to visit the Austin Town store again and tried to use the credit note and got to know that it has been expired 2 weeks back.
- Upon explaining your staff about the same he told me that he will escalate the concern and will get back to me. Taken my details and assured to revert within 48 Hours. But it has been more than 48 days since then, I never got a a call. and whenever tried to contact either someone put the phone on hold or disconnects it.
I am really sick and tired of your services. You are hereby requested to Look into it and return me the credit amount of Rs. 730. Please make money by giving good customer service and by simply forfeiting someone's hard earned money.
I expect a revert at the earliest.
