[Resolved] Renaissance Holdings — Delay in Possession

Its been 8months I booked my dream house in Renaissance woods 1st phase and expected completion date was given June. but till now house is not handed over to us. We have been struggling to get any updates from Renaissance holdings as they do not pick up calls once they have collected money. All the owners facing the same problem and if you try to push them they will give you some dates which they will never adhere to.Please try and not to get into any relationship with Renaissance as you will be just wasting your money.

Updated by Deepa bevinal They promised us that they give in the month of June 2015. And they said their is a delay in getting government permission, by August we will.. Now the response from them is may be September or October.. They are not at all sure...

Yes this people's are useless and shamless . We to booked the flat. We never checked the reviews before else we would have not booked it. Please i[censored]r in hurry. Don't book renaissance. They never give in time. In fact, manager it's self don't no when he will give the flats.
