Renault — Availability of mechanic during night

Triber car failed to start at night after a pause for about 15 minutes for a tea break
Assistance not provided in time. Towing service provided after repeated calls but simultaneously they didn't arrange cab facility to us. Had to be spent ₹ 2300 by way of cab. Very bad service by the team Renault
