[Resolved] Renault — deception | |||
On Dec 25, 2018, I bought Renault KWID RXT 1.0 Easy-R option BS IV from Renault showroom, Srinivasa Colony, Mahabubnagar. it's engine no: E-132673 and chasis no: MEEBBA008J6596742. colour: out back bornze. 1) When every vehicle gets two layers of painting, this KWID has only one layer of painting. Its colour is so poor that even good rubbing is erasing the colour. Plants and pencil writing of kids are leaving deep scratches every where. If this is the condition in 40 days, what would be it's condition in its lifetime? The plastic bumpers, wheel side covers and inside deck is fading its colour. 2) The (automatic) engine of the vehicle is swinging while shifting its gears. when it changes from 24-26 kms, 34 to 36 kms, 44 to 45 kms and 54 to 56 kms the vehicle behaves peculiar move. It takes deep set back and swings its speed. it happened several times in the traffic and many times the vehicles behind me would have hit my vehicle for this jerk and swinging pick ups. 3) An automatic vehicle should not move back or front when break the vehicle in drive mode. But here it's huge technical failure. When we stop the vehicle in drive mode the vehicle slides back when we take our foot away from break. for all these faults at the manufacturing level, i want the company to take back the vehicle and refund me in full, with rs. 10 lakhs of compensation.
