Renault — Extremely Poor Service and Unqualified Personnel at Service Center - Failure to Meet Warranty Terms and Conditions | |||
I had sent my car (Renault Fluence KL-52D-4087) for repair of Faulty A/C Unit, Anti Pollution Warning, and Stereo failure at Renault Thrissur under Warranty . I was informed that, some spare needs to be changed for the anti-pollution warning and the whole A/C unit needs to be replaced. When enquired, I was told that, the replacement as suggested by the Service Engineer did not resolve the problem and they need to replace other parts too. It has been more than two weeks the Renault Service Centre in Thrissur is doing Trial Runs on my car with no success. Due to this delay I have suffered a huge loss and have to rent vehicle on daily basis to commute. If Renault is unable to resolve my problem they should replace the car immediately. I do plan to approach consumer court and file a case in this regard, if this issue is not resolved within this week. Renault will have to reimburse the expenses that I had to meet due to their incompetency and delay in Servicing of my vehicle. My contact Details are as follows: Sukumaran P.P.
