[Resolved]  Renault — Flywheel Clutch plate shudder issue in Duster AMT

Hello Sir/Madam,

I have a Duster AMT 2017 model,

The vehicle started having Vibration in clutch plate and flywheel at around 32000km after around 3+ years of purchase. I was offered a free replacement of clutch plate and flywheel under extended warranty scheme for free of cost by PPS Motors Wagholi, Pune.

Now in 2023 my vehicle has done around 65000 km and the same problem has reoccurred. PPS Motors at Wagholi, Pune has told me that this time I need to replace clutch motor, friction bearing also along with clutch plate and flywheel.

My cars service records shows from your data base that it is well maintained and timely serviced at authorised service centre-PPS Motors.

Now the service centre is asking for parts replacement cost of around ₹50, 000-₹60, 000/-

I fail to understand that why such problems should reoccur after around 30000 km to a top end car like Duster AMT !!! Also my worry is would it happen again after few years/running??

BTW as per reviews on internet many customers of AMT Duster are facing similar problems. If that is true then the company should take appropriate actions immediately.

Kindly suggest ASAP.
