I am Upasana Bagchi from Kolkata. It's now quite a time Renault has launched KWID, by the first look only we liked this car very much nd places an order on 8 sep 2015 with some regestration fees. As there is only one showroom in Kolkata we dnt have options for the dealer bt now it's been 2 months where dealer promised to deliver this car by 17 of Oct bt he has been delaying for last two months and still doesn't have any surety to deliver by even month of Jan 2016. Every day we call them and even have visited them physically bt every time they have disapponted us stating the colour you have choose is highly in demand thats why you wont get it now so we changed the colour as per them from red to silver and again now they asked us to change the colour from silver to bronze and further to white. In my point if Renault can't fullfill the dreams and expectations of their customer they shouldn't be promising about fake things. RENAULT shouldn't have launched KWID we are very disheartened and it feels like we have been cheated very badly. It was supposed to be my first car of the family but the whole experience is very horrible, in future I wouldn't be choosing RENAULT any more. I at least expect a reasonable reply from your end and and hope to get my car soon.
