[Resolved] Renault India — manufacturing defect in car | |||
I was driving the car with my family on a high traffic road when suddenly in the middle of the road i found the steering of the car got jammed and we had to face almost accidental situation, marks of which can be seen at the back of the car.Somehow we managed the after accidental situation and brought the car back to home. Me and my family are in total shock state.They are just trying to get that instance out of their mind but its not possible for them to forget that deathly situation.They all are in state of depression right now. That car is in service station right now.But me and my family have decided that we won't have that defected car again because there is no guarantee that no such fault will come again in future. We don't trust that car anymore and also losing our trust from the company itself(i.e. RENAULT). I got call from praveen from hubli services center. He don't know how to speak to customers and he didn't checked that day car completely and he told he is making bill of 1.67 lakh.
I am expecting this kind of argument from Renault.
Please let know what is next solution.
