Renault India — worn out inner surface of tyres with subsequent humming noise from the tyres

Wearing out of tyres after my duster completed 10000 km..I went to the showroom with the same and they said they did alignment checking and rotation done..still I am having the same complaint even after 3 thorough checking from the showroom service centre..my mrf tyres has worn out their inner edges..
