My girl friend lost my keys for my car...I have my 2018 Duster inoperable for a month...because your dealer cannot get replacements keys any sooner...I have had this car parked...because you cannot produce a key...I hope that it isn't any more time to get these keys...
A car company who can build cars at a rate of 1 per minute...cannot replace keys in less than month..is absurd...
I think your management has lost the customer and if this situation...I will seriously look at another brand next time...

Updated by Youhaw My costs to support a car that you cannot provide keys... taxis ..public transportation...in this time of C19 is unbelievable...Pls contact me to make your keys quicker...if you wish to make this happen I will be receptive to setting up equipment to make this happen...
