I am writing to lodge a complaint regarding my car (Renault KIGER, 2022) Which has less than 7000km and purchased on 16th September 2022.
On April 16th Night, my car broke down in the middle of the night while I was driving home from family outing leaving us stranded and embarrassed on the side of the road. We were also worried about out safety as the Car broke down in an isolated Strech of the road.
it is happened on 16/4/2022 @11pm and i called RSA they came after 1 hour but they didn't arrange a cab for us to go home and still now i didn't receive my car and they asking rupees 5093 for the clutch plate .for what I give that amount because of its a new car and it's only run 7000 km .A new car run only 7000km ? after that I want change the clutch plate? how can I trust your brand car
We received a bill from TVS Mobility Private Limited for Rs 5, 093/=
. I am extremely disappointed to find that the clutch plates have worn out, requiring an expensive repair that, now hour agents are saying, was not covered under warranty.
The incident caused a great deal of inconvenience and stress for me, and I am deeply disappointed that this issue occurred so soon after purchasing the car.
I would like to request that you investigate this issue and take appropriate action to ensure that other customers do not have to experience similar problems. Additionally, I would appreciate a refund or reimbursement for the cost of the repair, as well as compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused by the breakdown.
