Renault — lucknow up service center asking 1600 rs in second free service .

As in uttar prsdesh east we r from faizabad the nearest service center from my place is 130 km . When I gone for my seconf free services of my duster up32fy6220 my milometer reading is 11000km just bcus there are very few service centers in up east its very difficult to be on tm according to the given parameters for servicing .the behaviour of the lucknow renults sercice center is very bad n rude. And they ask me 1600 rupees extra for exseeding km . I m ready to pay the charge they have told me for regular service that is 2600rupees but they want more . I refused n I came back. I m very disaaponited why I invested on this car where there is this type of behaviour.
