B4DA417E082643 chassis no. MEERBC001M7102360 On 25 August 2021, I purchased a car Renault triber RXZ from your dealership with Engine no. B4DA417E082643 and chessis no. MEERBC001M7102360 and registration number not assigned. Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because the display of music player and back camera and display touch not working properly from dated 25/08/2021 (at the time of delivery) I would appreciate it if you could organise to have the problem fixed by 4th sep 2021 cause I handover car on 1sep 2021to unnati vehicles pvt LTD showroom for resolving the issues. I take continuously follow up with showroom employee crm ms vishaka mam, and manger mrunal mam from last 2 days but still issue is not resolved. As I am sure you can appreciate, I rely on my car for traveling/transport and apart from the inconvenience, this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost. I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by 4th sep 2021, I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through Consumer Protection or through the courts. Sep 4, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Kindly change the defected part ( display setup) . Or replace a whole car because the problem was shown while delivery time. Or kindly provide arrange alternative car for me for some days. When my car problem resolve from your end i will return your car to you. Renault customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
