Renault — Not a proper service to the customer... | |||
I have purchase renault pulse for nashik dealer (Unnati vehicles). My experience is very bad with them, they don't pick up the phone after sales and don't have a sense of how to talk with the customer eg- the manager, the behaviour of the sales head was the worst that i heard in my hole life, We fill before purchasing the car that the people in the showroom are educated & diciest, But after sales they are the worst & horrible...! Its my first and the last car from renault.. If this would be continue for service, then its the time to say BYE BYE Reanult from INDIA. I[censored] don't trust on the above facts, then purchase a car from renault-Nashik (Unnati vehicles) and feel the worst feeling o[censored]r LIFE. Was this information helpful? | |||
