[Resolved] Renault — Race not work in traffic

Dear team,
I am having a renault kwid car and i am facing the issue when i am driving it. His race is not working properly in traffic. I have complaint the same in showroom as well but they are not taking it seriously and not taking any action on that. Hence request you to please take this issue on urgent basis and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I am really disappointed by customer service of renault at Agra. I am waiting for my kwid wash from last 2 hrs after service. Neither water to drink nor space to sit.All person are doing their job in rough manner. There is no system of working.
